PREMIER’S SPECIAL~ Darjeeling, Assam AND Nilgiri Tea

How to make a refreshing cup of “PREMIER’S DARJEELING TEA“?

DARJEELING SELECTStore your tea in an Air tight container away from any strong odour and moisture.   The water used for brewing should be freshly drawn. Ensure that the water is soft and is free from suspended particles. Make sure that the water does not contain chlorine and has no odour causing compound. Use filter water if possible. Take one level tea spoon of pure Darjeeling tea in each cup.   Water should be boiled to 100˚C. Do not over boil. Do not boil the tea leaves in water.    Pour water immediately after bringing it to desired boiling point.
For Tea bags – infuse it for 2-3 minutes.
For Loose tea – brew it 3-4 minutes.  
Darjeeling tea is ready.
If broken grades of tea are used ½ teaspoon of tea per cup would suffice. Darjeeling tea tastes best without milk or cream but with a dash of sugar or honey.

PURE ASSAMStore your tea in an Air tight container away from any strong odour and moisture. Water used for brewing should be freshly drawn. Ensure that the water is soft and is free from suspended particles. Make sure that the water does not contain chlorine and has no odour causing compound. Use filter water if possible. Take one level tea spoon of pure Assam tea in each cup. Water should be boiled to 100˚C. Do not over boil. Do not boil the tea leaves in water.   Pour water immediately after bringing it to desired boiling point.
For Tea bags– infuse for 2-3 minutes.
For Loose tea – brew it 3-5 minutes.  
A perfect cup of Assam tea is ready.
