What is WHITE TEA?

 JPEG Image

White tea is ”white” because the tea plants produce lots of downy hairs, which give the tea a silvery-gray appearance.

Its white appearance gives it a “high class” look. Here is what people normally say about it:

“It is the least processed form of tea.”

“Being unoxidised, it contains more of the raw antioxidants, which explains why studies have found it to have more health benefits than green tea.”

“It is has more buds than leaves. It is extremely rare and is more pricey than green tea.”

None of the statements are false, but I do think you deserve a more in depth understanding about this amazing tea.
