RECIPES OF ICED TEAS

ICED LEMON TEA

Ingredients:
2-4 tea bags
Boiling water
1 cup sugar
Juice from 1-2 lemons.

Procedure:
Place tea bags in a 1 qt pitcher. Fill with boiling water. When the tea becomes strong remove the tea bags. Sweeten with sugar. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Just before serving, add freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Serves 4.

ICED TEA AND FRUIT

Ingredients:
2-3 well ripened apples or peaches
1 recipe Iced Lemon tea (above)

Procedure:
Chop fruit into 1 inch pieces. Place in the bottom of your pitcher. Add Iced Lemon tea over the top of the fruit.
Serves 4.

OVERNIGHT ICED TEA

Ingredients:
6 teabags
4 cups fresh cold water
Ice

Preparation:

Place tea bags in a 1 qt container and add water. Refrigerate 7-8 hours or to taste. Remove the tea bags and serve tea over ice.
Serves 4.
