Ingredients:
½ cup water
I teaspoon tea leaves
Crushed ginger and sugar as needed
Crushed green cardamom seeds (if needed)Procedure:
Take half cup of water i and put a spoonful of tea leaves, crushed ginger and sugar as needed. You can add crushed cardamom into the water too. Boil the mixture for about 3-4 minute based upon how strong tea chai you need. Pour half cup of milk into it and boil again for a few minutes. Strain and enjoy.Almond Tea (hot)
Ingredients:
4 tea bags
1/2 tspn lemon zest finely grated
4 cups boiling water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsn lemon juice
1 tspn almond extract (almond essence can be used also)
1/4 tspn vanillaProcedure:
Put tea and the lemon rind in boiling water. Let it stand for about 5 minutes. Stir in sugar, lemon juice, almond and vanilla. Serve hot.Comments Off
